Frankfurt International School (FIS) was established in 1961 as a private, non-profit association to serve the international community by offering education of an excellent quality with English as the principal language of instruction. FIS is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
As one of the oldest and largest of Europe’s international schools, FIS is known for its high academic standards and expansive campus facilities. The school offers a rich extra-curricular program, and computing and instructional technology are also an integral part of the school. The facilities at all campuses are excellent and provide outstanding resources for learning.
